R.E.S.T. Mixtape

Tethered to tradition. Open to transformation.

Leaving a religious institution does not have to mean leaving every source of faith, wisdom, and belonging behind.

R.E.S.T. Mixtape brings film, music, rigorous teaching, and shared spiritual practice into conversation—making room to examine what we've inherited, discover what still gives life, and explore how faith can grow beyond institutional belonging.

Track 01The Foundation

More than a playlist. More than a lecture.

R.E.S.T. Mixtape began as a course exploring Radical Ethical Spirituality Tethered to Tradition. Through lectures, curated films, music guides, and facilitated conversation, Dr. Tamice Spencer-Helms introduces the sources behind the framework and invites participants to put its questions into practice.

Culture is not decoration around the learning. Songs, films, stories, and performances become texts through which we examine faith, power, memory, belonging, and liberation.

This is space to ask honest questions without being rushed toward certainty—or required to return to an institution you have left.
